Nicole Duncan is the Managing Partner of Petra Partners, a private portfolio management company, and Senior Vice President of Madeleine Condit Associates, LLC.

To fulfill these roles, Nicole draws on her experience working for AT&T Solutions and ANS (a division of AOL) where she had responsibility for defining global strategy for supply chain solutions, creating offers for electronic exchanges, and managing investment strategy for new business opportunities and partnerships. She worked with partners in Europe, Japan, and Hong Kong as well as the United States. These include Bertelsmann AG, NTT, Mitsui, Hewlett Packard and IBM. While with AT&T, she negotiated the first joint venture between NTT and a foreign company for providing services in Japan.

Prior to joining ANS, Nicole worked for PACCAR Parts where she created and implemented the first automatic replenishment system for dealers and worked on process redesign projects to improve the efficiency of the business. She also worked for the State of Washington Efficiency Commission where she consulted to government agencies on process re-engineering.

Nicole holds an M.S. from the London School of Economics and a B.A. from Colorado College. She also completed the Executive Program and Team Certificate Program at the University of Washington. Nicole currently resides in England with kids, husband, ducks, dog, and boats.
